Mission Statement

The First Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction of New Jersey, Church of God in Christ, Inc. is a Christ-centered Jurisdiction founded and eternally based on Biblical principles and has as our mission the promotion of sanctification, holiness and the salvation of souls for the kingdom of God. 

                                                Vision

The vision of the Jurisdiction is to focus on meeting the needs of persons to include individual health, wholeness, happiness and, the realization and enjoyment of all of God's promises for the individual as are seen and understood in the Holy Bible. To carry out our mission and to follow through with our vision, it is extremely essential that each person's talents are used through a spirit of collegiality, cooperation and collaboration.

Some of the values of the Jurisdiction are to provide a God-centered environment that is conducive to the highest quality of spirituality, educational growth, administrative leadership, membership and Church growth and development. 


                                             Objectives
 
To emphasize Local, District, Jurisdictional and National growth through each member, first of all, being a strong supporter of the Local Church. To conduct systematic and systemic learning opportunities for each member's personal and organizational growth and development. To ensure proper and timely evaluations to measure failures or successes.
